COLLEGE VISIT VERIFICATION

▶Students may take up to 2 days per school year during a student’s junior and senior years

▶The higher education institution has a form that must verify the visit with a signature and date. Ask for this form before you leave the visit and turn in to the attendance office when you return to Madison.
