INTRODUCTION

This is the first of my retrospective albums and it represents the best of my watercolours from between20 and 30 years ago. Some of the first I painted when I first moved to Fordham in 1975. In the1970s and the 1980s my wife and I spent almost every summer holiday touring and camping incontinental Europe, France was our favourite, and many of my watercolours date from this time.
