How can I get synonyms for text words?

3 .Control for different spellings

i. If you search for specific drugs

ii. Think of the possibility of combination drugs

iii. Be careful about using abbreviations

4 .Consider brand names

6 .Spell check ALL search terms!!!7. Combine logically all search terms
