It is a depressant but used a lot can be a stimulant

Illegal or legal

Rufilin is illegal and can result in 20 years of jail

Short term and long term effects

Impaired judgment and motor skills and can cause memory loss or blackouts (lasting 8 to 24 hours after ingestion). Loss of inhibition can also occur, with or without alcohol. A person under the influence of Rohypnol can appear to be drunk, display no coordination, blood-shot eyes and slurred speech.

Treatment

If used frequently can not be treated
