Statewide Collaboration• $133 million State Energy Program (SEP) & ARRA

• $116 million from Investor Owned Utility (IOU)

• $30 million for Retrofit Ramp-up (ARRA)

• $13 million from Workforce Investment Act (WIA)

• Significant funds from local governments EECBG and WIA funds
