Resetting your Mobile Banking passwordA step-by-step guide to help you reset your password or find your Customer Access Number and other log in details.

How do I reset my Mobile Banking password?

Step 1Open the St.George Mobile Banking App and select Logon.

Step 2Select Need help?

Step 3Select Forgot security number/password.

Step 4Enter your Customer Access Number (CAN) and date of birth. Select Continue.

Step 5Select a phone number to receive your Secure Code. You can choose to have it sent via SMS or voice. Select Send.

Step 6Enter the Secure Code sent to your phone and select Authenticate.

Step 7Select your Security number and Password, and re-enter to confirm. You will use this Security number and Password to log onto Internet Banking. Select Continue.

Step 8You Security number and Password have been reset. Select Close.

Step 9You can now logon using your new details.

How do I find my CAN using Mobile Banking?

Step 1Open the St.George Mobile Banking app and select Logon.

Step 4Enter your card details and date of birth and select Continue.

Step 6Enter the Secure Code sent to your phone and select Authenticate.
