• R&C Byculla Unit is situated at one of the most ultra-prime location in South Mumbai abutting Sir JJ Road. It is located just after the JJ Flyover and before the Byculla flyover.

• All the three suburban railways stations of Mumbai i.e. Mumbai-Central on Western Line, Byculla on Central Line and Sandhurst Road on Harbour Line as well as BEST Bus Stations i.e. AH Ansari Chowk, Nagpada and Mumbai-Central are situated in the close vicinity and at a walking distance.

• All major star hotels and Railway terminals of Mumbai Central, Churchgate and VT are situated nearby to Byculla unit. R&C Mulund Unit is situated on Lal Bahadur Shastri Road, in-front of R Mall and before Octroi Post.

• It is surrounded by LBS Road, Bhakti Marg and Dumping Road. There is no traffic congestion at both Byculla and Mulund units and ideally suited for Exhibitions, Conventions, Functions, Trade Promotion Events, etc. and most conveniently located for visitors.

Terms & conditions for Exhibition/Function/Event • Licence Fee: Rs. 8/sft/day for workshop/covered area, Rs. 4/sft/day

for open area, subject to minimum of Rs. 2 Lacs/Day and maximum of Rs. 5 Lacs/Day.

• 50% discount in licence fee will be given for event preparation/dismantling/intermittent day offs/holidays.

• Our rates are highly subsidized and cheaper by 62% of NESCO rates. • Hiring of space upto 1 Lac sft at Byculla and 5 Lacs sft at Mulund unit.• Service Tax @ 12.36% will be charged on the Licence Fee.• Security Deposit @ 25% of the total Licence Fee to be paid at the

time of booking.• Organiser is allowed to hire any decorator, furniture supplier, caterer,

etc. without any royalty charges.• Refund of Security Deposit in case of Cancellation: Before: 30 days-

50%, Upto 30 days-No refund. • Organiser can use any covered/open area except area used by R&C

and its clients, subject to approval of R&C.

• Booking dates will be confirmed only after deposit of security deposit.• Full Licence Fee and Security Deposit have to be paid atleast 7 days

before the date of the event, failing which R&C has a right to cancel the booking and allot the premises to any other Organiser. In such case, security deposit will be forfeited.

• No refund will be made if event is cancelled/postponed due to any reason whatsoever, e.g., not able to organise the event due to not getting any licence or non-availability of dates from performing artists, weekly off, intermittent day off, public holiday, rain, flood, storm, riot, strike, fire, accident, death, etc.

• Licence fee will be charged from the day first vehicle enters in R&C premises with the event material till the day last vehicle leaves with event material and booked area is handed back to R&C after removing all the event material, garbage, waste, packing material, left-over food and cleaning of the area.

• In case of non-cleaning of garbage, left-over food, packing or event material by Organiser, 25% of licence fee/day plus cost of removing such material will be charged and deducted from the security deposit.

• Security deposit will be refunded only after submission of TDS certificate, No Dues Certificate from Admin. Dept. and payment of Water/Electricity and any other charges.

• Payment: DD/Pay order/Bankers Cheque in favour of Richardson & Cruddas (1972) Ltd. or thru RTGS in SBI, Byculla, Mumbai A/c No.: 32517946635, IFSC Code: SBIN0000343, R&C PAN No.: AAACR5670A.

• Parking will be allowed only in the booked open/covered area.• Organiser will be responsible for all statutory/Police/Traffic/Fire

Brigade/Labour/BMC permissions/Music/Sound permission and ensure that no provision of any law in force is contravened. R&C will not take any responsibility whatsoever for any breach of any law or rules framed by any statutory or Municipal Authority. Any penalty levied by authorities on R&C due to any breach of any law will be recovered from the Organiser.

• Organiser may be required to obtain licence from Indian Performing Rights Society Limited (IPRS), Phonographic Performance Limited (PPL), Entertainment NOC, Rangbhoomi NOC, Local Police Station NOC, Desk X–Theatre Branch, Performance Licence, Electric Licence, PWD Licence for Generators, Fire Licence, Foreign Artist Licence, etc. as per government regulations.

• Organiser will be responsible for any damage/theft of R&C property during the booking period.

• R&C will not be responsible for any damage/theft of the equipments/goods of the Organiser.

• R&C will not be responsible for any fire/accident/crime in the booked area.

• No illegal activity or storage of illegal/hazardous material will be allowed in R&C premises.

• R&C facilities are offered on "As is Where is", “Caveat Emptor” and “No Complaint” basis only. R&C will not be responsible if Organiser is not able to organise the event for any reason whatsoever.

• Electricity/Water has to be arranged by the Organiser. R&C can provide electricity upto 1000 KVA @ Rs. 25/unit (Tata Power rate + M&R expense, infrastructure cost, transmission loss, man power cost, etc.)

• Organiser will be responsible for any accident, theft, fire, injury of its workers and make proper safety/security arrangement, medical emergency arrangement, and take adequate fire/accident/medical insurance, etc.

• Rs 10000 per day will be charged for using Over-head Cranes/Fork Lift including Electricity/Diesel/Manpower.

• In case of delay in settlement of final bill, interest @ 18% p.a. will be charged. R&C has a right to stop entry/exit/withheld vehicles/material of the Organiser in case of pending bills.

• R&C will be free to use photos/videos of the Event for promotional use thru electronic/print media.

• In case of any dispute/arbitration, C&MD of R&C will be the sole arbitrator or appoint a sole arbitrator whose decision will be final and binding on all concerned.
