The plant is classified as a Con-ditional Major source due to potential emissions of hazard-ous air pollutants greater than a major source threshold.This permit contains practically enforceable limitations torestrict this source’s potential emissions to less than a ma-jor source threshold.An electronic copy of the Division’s draft permit shouldshortly become available at http://air.ky.gov/Pages/PublicNoticesandHearings.aspx.
