Pilkington North America, Inc. of 811 Madison Avenue, Tol-edo, OH 43604 has applied to the Kentucky Division for AirQuality for a permit to construct and operate an automo-tive parts manufacturing facility at 1312 Russell CaveRoad, Lexington, KY 40505. The plant is classified as a Con-ditional Major source due to potential emissions of hazard-ous air pollutants greater than a major source threshold.This permit contains practically enforceable limitations torestrict this source’s potential emissions to less than a ma-jor source threshold.An electronic copy of the Division’s draft permit shouldshortly become available at http://air.ky.gov/Pages/PublicNoticesandHearings.aspx. Paper copies of the draft per-mit and relevant supporting information are available forinspection by the public during normal business hours atthe following locations:Division for Air Quality, 200 Fair Oaks Lane, 1st Floor,Frankfort, KY 40601, phone (502) 564-3999; and the Lexing-ton Public Library Central Library, 140 East Main Street,Lexington, KY 40507-1376, phone (859) 231-5504.For a period of 30 days the Division will accept commentson the draft permit and afford the opportunity for a publichearing. If the Division finds that ahearing will contribute to the decision-making process byclarifying significant issues affecting the draft permit, ahearing will be announced.
