PORTABLE CIP CARTDesigned with two tanks, an inline heating element,
a pump with VFD for speed control and all necessary valves
and tubing, this cart is a complete solution on wheels.
Simply plug it in and utilize the small, convenient, control
panel to operate the cart.
1. Portable. Stainless frame construction mounted on a cart.
2. Speed Control. Includes 1.5 pump and VFD
3. In-line heater. Electric heating element inline provides ultimate versatility and heating on-the-fly.
4. Easy dosing. Manway for chemical dosing.
5. Quick rinsing. Spray balls located inside the CIP tanks.
6. Stainless control panel. Full control of the pump and heater, including manual heater control, pump speed control, pump start/stop, overall E stop and temperature indicator.
7. Safe. The heater cannot be operated while the pump is not running.
8. Optional add-ons include: Automated heater control, digital temp display.

1. Recirculating water or chemical to heat-to- temperature.
2. Sending and recovering cleaning solution to tank or piece of equipment.
