Support Asia-Pacific DMCs achieve universal health coverage (UHC).
Using a systems approach to (i) improve coverage of populations with
quality health services, (ii) reduce out-of-pocket expenditures, and (iii)
safeguard against public health risks (health security).
Focus on 812 ADB DMCs, respond to opportunities in others.
Leverage loans and grants (co-financing, trust funds) to improve health
infrastructure, health sector governance, and health financing.
Build practice-based knowledge and innovations to ensure demand for
ADB health products.
