The site can be accessed from both the computer and the mobile. If you choose to buy using the

mobile app, you'll find that the products benefit from a further discount. On the site the products

have a price on the mobile app have another price.

The products are ordered online and arrive in Romania in about 2-8 weeks.

You can pay online with your bank card or bank transfer (I do not recommend this payment method

because you will pay a fairly large transfer fee) or Western Union (I did not try this method because I

paid for the card. to pay a transfer fee, so the easiest, safest and cheapest method is using the bank

card).

Aliexpress praises that it offers all customers shopping protection systems. ie:

• Did you not receive your order within the time specified by the seller (± a few weeks)? - You can

ask for all your money to be returned

• ordered products are not as described on the site? - You may request that your money be fully

or partially returned

What do you have to do if you have not received the ordered products or the products are not as

described on the site?

• contact the seller;

• file an objection to the products you have received / received; file an appeal regarding their

quality;

• If you are not satisfied with the solution that the seller proposes to you or you think you have

been wronged, escalate the appeal to Aliexpress (showing evidence of incoming products or

stating that you have not received the ordered products).

If we want to buy cheap things, it is important to take the risk of paying extra money on

repairing them, taking the risk of getting poor quality products, or, worse, faulty products. I

know, you will say that in the shops in Romania we also find products that are probably

purchased from all over China. But at least we can see them, we can test them, we get a

guarantee on them, we can get them back and get our money back much easier than if we wait

for Aliexpress.
