Lemmond’s Design & Insite Business Solutions Graphic Designer/ Web Developer Office
Fort Mill, SC
Square footage: 1,951
To assist Lemmond’s Design & Insite Business Solutions with an expansion into an adjacent
space for growth. The design for the Lemmond’s Design and Insite Business Solutions
expansion and interior up fit was a collaborative project between myself and another senior
classmate. We worked in conjunction with the clients, lighting vendors, contractors, and
current workers to create a space that evokes productive and reflects both of the individual
business in a combined space. The colors used we inspired by vintage graphic posters and
the logo colors for each business. The overall design reflects a modern space with creative
organization.

Cardboard Robot
Eccentric Card and Gift shop
Charlotte, NC
The Cardboard Robot is an eccentric card and gift shop located in Charlotte, NC. The client wanted a design that reflected the creativity of the merchandise and the quirky name of the shop. The overall design was inspired watch mechanisms, reflecting in the display cases, materials, finishes, and layout. There are many direct reflections of gears throughout the space, as well as indirect relations in custom displays. The walls are finished with a lower panel of corrugated metal and an upper panel of cork, to use as a tackable surface. Ionized metal, and the hues reflected, as well as dimpled metal and illuminated acrylic were used to further emulate an industrial, while allowing the merchandise to be the main feature of the space.
