The 10th International Property Show, organized by Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions at the Dubai Internation-
al Convention and Exhibition Center, took place in conjunction with the Annual Invest-ment Meeting, which was held under the pa-tronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
The show att racted over 300 companies from 80 countries and has emerged as one of the leading regional real-estate meeting platform for developers, investors and regional and in-ternational companies working in this fi eld.

edilen 10. Uluslararası Emlak Fuarı, Birleşik Arap Emirliklerinin Başbakanı, Yardımcı Devlet Başkanı ile Dubai’nin Hükümdarı olan Majesteleri Şeyh Mohammed Bin Ras-hid Al Maktoum’un himayesinde AIM’le aynı zamanda gerçekleşti.
Fuar, 80 ülkeden 300’den fazla şirket katıldı ve bu alanda çalışan müteahhitler, yatırımcı-ları, yerel ve uluslararası şirketler için önde gelen bölgesel emlak toplanma platformu ha-line geldi.

The Cratos Hotel in Çatalköy played host to the 2014 PropertyNC awards, and what a spectacular venue to hold
the event.
After months of planning the night was finally here, from the companies that had worked hard to put together portfolios of their work, all the way through to the Propertync team whom had organised everything, from the portfolios going out through to the inspection team of judges.
The night started with Champagne cocktails in the private function room lobby, where the guests could mingle, the tuxedos adjusted and the stunning evening dresses admired.
2014 Propertync Emlak Sektörü Ödül Töreni çok başarılı bir şekilde tamamlanıp, herkese beklentilerin-
den fazlasını yaşattı. Detaya verdiği önem ve kendine has atmosferi ile bu özel gece-ye ev sahipliği yapan Cratos Otel, itinayla organize edilmiş bu muhteşem geceye en çok yakışan yerlerden biri olduğunu ispat-lamış oldu.
Profesyonel bir jüri paneli oluşturma, şir-ket ziyaretlerini düzenleme, herkes için adaletli bir değerlendirme sürecini sağla-manın yanı sıra böylesine görkemli bir ge-ceyi organize etmek Propertync ekibinin aylar boyunca yaptığı hazırlıkların sadece bazıları...
Büyük bir ekiple sağlanan yoğun çalışma-lar sonucu 21 Mart 2014 tarihinin akşamı beklenen organizasyon geldi çattı.
Muhteşem ödül gecesi, herkesin konu-şup kaynaşabileceği ve bu sıcak ortama ısınabileceği bir “şampanya resepsiyonu” ile başladı. Sadece inşaat şirketleri değil, emlak sektörüne katkı yapan herkes için hazırlanmış bir organizasyon olan gecede, baylar smokinleri, bayanlar ise en şık abi-ye kıyafetleri ile göz kamaştırdı.
Ana salon kapıları açıldığında konuklar; hazırlanmış devasa bir sahne, beyaz süslü örtülerle kaplanmış masalar ile sandalye-ler, etrafı usulca aydınlatan mumları ta-şıyan masa üstü şamdanlar, bütün salon tarafından görülebilecek dev ekranlar ve rahat olmaları için hizmete hazır onlarca çalışan ile karşılaştılar.
Her masa ile ayrı ayrı ilgilenebilecek fazla-lıkta Cratos çalışanları aracılığıyla yemek-ler servis edilmeye ve sahnede açılış ko-nuşmaları yapılmaya başlandı. Konukların gözleri sahnede, muhteşem gecenin tadını çıkarıyorlardı.
Gecede organizasyona renk katması adına ülkemize davet edilen “Duette” adlı ikili hazırlamış oldukları repertuvarı ve güzel-likleri ile izleyenleri kendilerine hayran bıraktı. Muhteşem sesleriyle izleyenlerin dikkatini çeken ikili hem İngilizce hem İtalyanca klasik ve pop müzikten örnekler seslendirdi.
Sıra ödülleri kazananları açıklamaya gelin-ce, herkesteki heyecan ile hoş gerilim, göz-lerinden okunabilecek nitelikteydi.

For this was a black-tie function, a celebra-tion of the best in the construction indus-try, not just the builders, but the support services as well.
Once the main room was opened, the stage was set, with the table centre pieces being candelabras and the chairs and ta-bles dressed in white, it was a wonderful sight. On either side of the stage where projection screens, which as the evening wore on showed the winners as well as the award sponsor’s advertisement.
Each table was looked after by a member of the Cratos staff, and all were very at-tentive. As the food started to be served the speeches began, and the atmosphere relaxed. The evening was underway.
The entertainment was provided by a duet called Duette from the UK, who sang a number of songs ranging from classic through to show music and then modern pop, ensuring that the evening was relaxed.
When it was time for the awards, again the tension could be felt in the air, and the Gold Awards were announced first. It was an exciting time and with each award came a cheer and a heartfelt round of applause.
The winner received the award on the stage, and then went for photographs. After a small break when we again heard from Duette and winners could mingle and receive congratulation, however the Platinum awards came next and again the applause was heartfelt, as everyone knew how much work had gone into this night.
With these awards comes recognition, not only from the judges who were from around the World, but also from an indus-try that at times has struggled through re-cession.
It was a night that meant that the hard work that had been put in by the construc-tion industry was rewarded and proved that the industry is going from strength to strength.
Gecenin ilk yarısında Altın Ödülleri açık-landı. Meraklı gözler arasında her bir ka-tegoriyi kazananların ilan edilmeye baş-lanmasıyla kazananlar sahneye gelerek ödüllerini geceye katılan üst düzey konuk-lardan alma şansını yakaladı.
Profesyonel çalışmalarından ötürü hak ettikleri takdiri elde etmenin sevincini ya-şayan her bir kazanan sahneden ödülünü aldıktan sonra hazırlanan fotoğraf pano-sunun önünde anı ölümsüzleştirdiler ve televizyon röportajına katıldılar.
Gecenin ilk yarısı olan Altın Ödülleri’nin açıklanmasının ardından muhteşem Du-ette ikilisi yeniden sahne alarak mutluluğa ve heyecana ortak oldular. Verilen müzik arasının ardından nefesler yeniden tutul-du.
Sırada Platinium Ödülleri’nin açıklanması vardı. Heyecanın dorukta olduğu anlarda açıklanan ödüller sonrası katılımcıların sevinç çığlıkları kahkahalara karıştı.
Gecenin sonunda seyirciler, bu geceyi bir araya getirmek için harcanan emeklerin karşılığında memnuniyetlerini ve hayran-lıklarını yoğun alkışlarla belirttiler.
Söz konusu gecede ödül alanları, ülkemiz dışında sadece Dubai, Rusya, Türkiye ve İngiltere gibi dünyanın çeşitli ülkelerin-den gelen profesyonel jüri üyeleri değil, piyasanın içinde bulunduğu ekonomik sı-kıntılara rağmen sıkı çalışmalar gerçekleş-tiren şirketlerin başarılarına sektörde olan herkes tanık oldu.
2014 Propertync Emlak Sektörü Ödül Tö-reni sayesinde bizler gördük ki; bu güzel ülkemizde daha iyi koşullarda yaşamak adına inşaat ve emlak sektörü yoğun ça-lışmalar gerçekleştiriyor ve sektör her yıl güçlenerek ülkemizi daha iyi günlere taşı-maya yön veriyorlar.

Is it difficult to buy a property or make investment in Northern Cyprus? The answer would be no, not at all, but the question remains the same, is it risky? The answer,
yes, it is, unless you are not aware of some simple facts.
Do you remember the old episodes of the movie Star Trek. Every time there was an ALIEN attack to the ‘Enterprise’ the command officer was ordering all the shields to be up. This was to safeguard, what all people living on board regarded as their HOME.
The difficult and important issue of safeguarding your assets and your home remains the same, especially if you are living in the TRNC.
As an ex-pat or a foreign investor, you should keep your shields up at all times before buying your dream home.
Within this context your shield is your Advocate (Lawyer). If you are willing to buy a property or make any kind of in-vestment, you should obtain the services of a lawyer or a legal consultant. The strength of your shield will depend on the honesty, ability, dedication and accuracy of your lawyer.
HOW TO CHOOSE WHICH LAWYER TO REPRESENT YOU1. Remember, in the TRNC we have a very strong ex-pat
community. Ask them about the lawyer that you are con-sidering to hire.
2. Ask your lawyer to give you a check list of all the things that he needs to do for your case. (You can find the check list herein. I suggest you cut that part and put it in your pocket before attending a meeting with your advocate)
3. Ask the question of who recommended your lawyer to you. If recommended by the estate agent or the develop-er think twice before hiring that lawyer.

property before putting down any deposit. It may have a mortgage or legal burden on the property.
5. Make sure that your lawyer is not just a conveyancing lawyer but also a litigation lawyer.
6. Before choosing a lawyer, first send him/her an e-mail explaining your needs and give him 24 hours to study your case. If you do not get a reply within the next 24 hours stay away.
7. Make sure that the lawyer presenting himself/herself to you as a law office or a law firm consists of more than one lawyer.
As a foreign property purchaser in the TRNC, it is very impor-tant to choose the right people. This article concentrates on choosing the right lawyer or legal consultant.
The reason for this is pretty simple. It should be up to your competent good lawyer to choose the right people for you and safeguard your interests since you know nothing about the TRNC.
CHECK LIST THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE IN YOUR POCKET BEFORE INVESTING OR BUYING AN IMMOV-ABLE PROPERTY IN NORTHERN CYPRUS1. Choosing the right Lawyer /Legal Consultant2. Get a package conveyancing service from your lawyer in
order to minimize legal costs and complications. This should include up to obtaining permission to purchase and registration of your title deed in your name.
3. Ensure that your lawyer makes a search before buying a property since it may have a mortgage or legal burden on it.
4. Make sure that your lawyer prepares a sales agreement which protects you rather than the developer.
5. Your lawyer gets the sales agreement stamped and regis-tered with the relevant land registry office.
6. Make sure that your lawyer confirms that the building permission is obtained by the builder and is annexed to the sales agreement before it is signed.
7. The builder is certified and registered with the Construc-tion Contractors Association.
8. Ensure that you are buying a property which is not re-stricted by the law. Otherwise your permission to pur-chase may not be granted by the Council of Ministers.
9. Be always aware that you are discriminated by the law as a foreign investor or property buyer. Unlike local inves-tors or home buyers, in order to protect your investment you can not even put a charge on the property without obtaining permission from the Council of Ministers, therefore ask your lawyer for additional protections.
10. Make sure that all the extra payments like transformer fee, VAT, stamp duty, transfer fee etc., are identified in the contract.
11. If you must give a Power of Attorney, make sure that it is fit for the purpose and the authority given is limited.
12. Always ask for a client care agreement from your advo-cate or from your law firm and make sure that all the ser-vices to be provided by your lawyer are listed.
We have seen many negative publications about buying prop-erty in North Cyprus. There are many articles about com-plaints of ex-pats of endless bureaucracy in trying to secure title deeds for their homes. However, at the same time there are so people who are living very happily in North Cyprus and enjoying this beautiful island which really is an outdoor mu-seum.
The Government is more efficiently dealing with the problems of the foreign home buyers or investors in the TRNC. There are many reputable construction companies who you can trust if you are willing to buy a holiday or retirement house with very affordable prices these days.
The negotiations between Turkish and Greek Cypriot leaders to find a solution to Cyprus problem have accelerated and the International community is expecting a solution within one year. Economists are projecting a boom in the property prices and the common view is that a property investor may double his investment within only 6 months after Cyprus is united.
By working with the correct people in the TRNC you can have a wonderful life in this sunny, safe and the most beautiful is-land of the Mediterranean and live happily ever after.

Amove towards the sky, a unique view of the Kyrenia Harbour, a constant dynamism at the foothills of the Besparmak Mountains, quality hospitality, leading
engineering and team work formed the main design factors of SKY SEA TOWERS.
The unique location of the project with the inexistence of any view blocking factors over the north side, the unique sea view passing through Kyrenia Castle and on the south with the gift of Kyrenia and the Kyrenia Mountains giving great ambiance, have been the most important factors we considered while de-signing the project.
We aimed to produce an alternative living space, meeting needs of different people, offering variety to commercial and private sectors and keeping private life away from commercial activities.
As a result of the design, we put together six commercial spac-es with basements; ten two-bedroom flats with five on each floor; six two-bedroom flats with three on each floor; eight three-bedroom flats with two on each floor and a whole floor for the use of one flat, with private stairs to the top floor pool.
SKY SEA, is a project that makes people fully feel Kyrenia, and has been successful in creating an endless peacefulness in the living spaces, with its unlimited view from all angles, its mod-ern architectural touches, and luxurious living spaces. The SKY SEA projects aim was to offer elegant and modern living, starting from its lobby and extending to all its spaces.
One of our project’s main aims was to create a roof terrace for our clients, where they can enjoy the pool under the blue sky and hot sun with a unique mountain view; enjoy time af-ter-dinner and see the great night view of Kyrenia.
Our starting principle was the decision to use the de-sign-blocking grade situation of the project site as an advan-tage. One of the most determining features of the project is the separation of commercial activity from private life.
This is done by situating of the main road so that there is di-rect access to the commercial units therefore ensuring maxi-mum commercial activity; and locating the entrance of living spaces to the north side which has a two and a half metre grade difference.
The most motivating factors have been using modern archi-tectural lines to maximize the view and natural texture for the clients offered by the project site; aiming to create a life style where comfort meets prestige and the dream of providing a building specially for Kyrenia.
Göğe doğru bir hareket, Girne Limanı’na eşsiz bir ba-kış, Beşparmak Dağları eteklerinde sürekli bir ha-reketlilik, kaliteli bir misafirperverlik, öncü bir mü-

Proje alanının kuzey cephesinde hiçbir manzara kesici en-gelin bulunmayışı, tarihi Girne Kalesi’ni teğet geçen müthiş deniz manzarasıyla, güney cephesinde ise doğanın Girne’ye hediyesi, tartışmasız harika bir ambiyansa sahip Girne sıra dağlarını izleyen manzarasıyla eşsiz bir konuma sahip oluşu projeyi tasarlarken dikkate aldığımız en önemli unsurlar ol-muştur.
Tasarım sürecinde farklı kullanıcı ihtiyaçlarına cevap verebi-lecek alternatif yaşam alanlarını üretmek, ticari ve özel kulla-nıcılara çeşitlilik sunabilmek ve özel hayatı ticari faaliyetlerin karmaşasından uzak tutmayı, belirgin ilkeler olarak hedefle-dik.
Tasarım sonucunda altı adet bodrumlu ticari hacim, her ka-tında beşer adet dairenin bulunduğu iki yatak odalı on daire, her katında üçer dairenin bulunduğu altı adet iki yatak odalı daire, her katında iki dairenin bulunduğu, üç yatak odalı se-kiz daire ve tüm bir kat alanını tek bir kullanıcı için tasarla-dığımız, ayrıca çatı katı havuzuna özel merdivenle ulaşabilen büyük bir daire olmak üzere farklı kat planlarını hep birlikte çözme başarısını gösterdik.
Girne’yi tam anlamıyla hissettiren bir proje olan SKY SEA TOWERS tüm yaşam alanlarının kesintisiz bir manzaraya sa-hip olmasını sağlayan anlayışıyla, modern mimari çizgileriyle, lüks yaşam alanlarında sonsuz bir huzur oluşturmayı başar-mıştır. SKY SEA TOWERS projesi; lobisinden başlayarak, tüm alanlarında, şık ve modern yaşamı yansıtan ayrıcalıklar sunmayı hedeflemiştir.
Deniz ve dağ manzarası eşliğinde, gökyüzü ve kızgın güneşin altında kullanıcılarına havuz keyfini yaşatmayı, sakinlerinin akşam yemeği sonrasında keyifli anlar geçirebilecekleri, Gir-ne’nin manzarasını izleme imkanına sahip olacakları bir çatı terası oluşturmayı projemizin ana unsurlarından biri olarak öne çıkarıyoruz.
Proje alanının tasarımı engelleyici kot durumunu, proje le-hine kullanma kararı başlangıç ilkelerimizden olmuştur. Ana yol cephesini, ticari bölümlere direkt ulaşımı sağlayacak şekil-de kurgulayarak, maksimum ticari faaliyeti ön görürken, iki buçuk metre kot farkı bulunan, kuzey cephesinde de yaşam alanları girişini konumlandırarak, ticari faaliyetle özel yaşa-mı birbirinden ayırmak projenin en belirgin özelliklerinden biridir.

We aimed to produce an alternative living space, meeting needs of different people, offering variety to
commercial and private sectors and keeping private life away from commercial activities, as
our principles during the design process.

We wanted to off er a building to match mod-ern city life by using the wooden texture which we took from nature in the industri-al facades, and having the warmth of wood with the purity of white, elegance of black and transparency of glass.
We embraced the maximum use of bi-part-ing windows and doors to optimize the bene-fi t of view in our project.
We enabled the acknowledgement of com-fort and luxury together, by using the wood-en textured facade; glass railings so that the view is not blocked; large-scale granite ceramic coverings for inner spaces; natural granite products for the stairs, lift facades and all common spaces; dropped ceiling details that enabled us to use very elegant yet energy-saving spotlights; perfect facade lighting solutions; bright coverings for furni-ture of kitchen and wet spaces.
The main concept of the project was creat-ing an healthy development for the city ; an unforgett able reference point; a living space that is memorable with its modern design factors, functionality and comfortable ele-gance.
We are happy to present a perfect reference point for the city also at night, by emphasiz-ing the gorgeous modern lines of the project with the dark blue band lights. We also ex-hibited the modern rise of our building in-stead of the dense car view, by locating the car park to a spot that cannot be seen from the city centre.
Modern mimari çizgileri kullanarak proje alanının sunduğu manzara ve doğal dokuyu kullanıcısına maksimum seviyede yaşatacak, konforun prestijle buluşacağı, ayrıcalıklı bir yaşam şeklini oluşturmayı hedefl emenin ya-nında, Girne şehrine özel bir yapı kazandır-ma ideali de tasarım sürecinde bizleri motive eden en önemli etkenlerden olmuştur.
Doğadan aldığımız ahşap dokusunu endüs-triyel dış cephe kaplamalarında kullanarak, ahşabın sıcaklığını, beyazın safl ığı, siyahın asaleti ve camın şeff afl ığını buluşturarak mo-dern şehir hayatına asil bir bina kazandırma-yı hedefl edik.
Projemizde olabildiğince büyük sürme ka-natlı pencere ve kapılar kullanmayı benim-sedik.
Ahşap dokulu dış cephe kaplamalar, kesin-tisiz görüş sağlayan cam korkuluklar, iç ze-minlerde kullandığımız büyük ebatlı parlak granit seramik kaplamalar, merdiven ayakları basamaklarında asansör cephelerinde ve tüm ortak hacimlerde kullandığımız doğal granit ürünler, çok şık enerji tasarrufl u spotlar kul-lanmamıza imkan veren asma tavan detay-lar, mükemmel cephe aydınlatma çözümleri, mutfak ve ıslak hacimlerde kullanılan parlak kaplamalı mobilyalar ile kullanım konforu-nun bir arada algılanmasını sağladık.
Şehrin estetik ve sağlıklı gelişimi için olumlu bir örnek, akıllardan çıkmayacak bir referans noktası, modern tasarım ögeleri, fonksiyo-nellik ve konforun zarafetiyle anılacak bir ya-şam alanı yaratmak projenin ana konseptini oluşturmuştur.
Projenin hatlarını koyu mavi bant ışıklarla ön plana çıkartarak, gece karanlığında da şehre mükemmel bir referans noktası arma-ğan etmenin mutluluğunu yaşıyoruz. Şehir merkezinden görülmeyecek kısmına yerleş-tirdiğimiz otopark sayesinde şehirde yara-tabileceğimiz yoğun araç görüntüsü yerine binamızın modern yükselişini sergiledik.

Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director General of the Dubai Land Department said that ‘‘the Internation-al Property Show provides an ideal platform that
brings together developers, real estate brokers, private and institutional investors, major local and international real estate companies, providing a unique opportunity to clinch lucrative business and investment deals’’.
He added that ‘‘the growth rates of the real estate sector in the region were very promising’’. He said: “We are witness-ing an extraordinary period and the UAE is a fundamental pillar of this growth. The huge investments being made by local and regional companies in the development of in-frastructure are among the greatest not only in the Mena region but also globally.”
Dawood Al Shezawi, CEO, Strategic Marketing & Exhibi-tions, organizers of the International Property Show and the titanium sponsor of the just concluded Propertync Awards, said; “We anticipate major regional and interna-tional participation in the International Property Show mainly because it is the first edition after Dubai won the bid for hosting Expo 2020.
There is growing interest from real-estate developers from all over the world in the local market, especially Dubai, which is witnessing dynamic growth in the construction and infrastructure sectors.”

Yerel ve bölgesel şirketler ta-rafından altyapının gelişmesi için yapılan büyük yatırımlar sadece Mena bölgesinde değil, küresel olarak da en büyüklerin arasında yer alıyor.”
Uluslararası Emlak Fuarı’nın organizatörleri ile Propertync Ödüllerinin temel sponsorlarından olan Stratejik Pazarlama ve Fuarların Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı, Dawood Al Shezawi ise şunla-rı söyledi: “Uluslararası Emlak Fuarı’nda büyük bir bölgesel ve uluslararası katılım bekliyoruz çünkü bu etkinliğin Dubai’nin Expo 2020’ye ev sahipliği yapma hakkı kazanmasından sonra ya-pılacak ilk versiyonu olacak.

The 10th International Property Show successfully concludes with high turnout with exhibitors from over 80 countries. The exhibition was aimed to shed light on the sustainability practices in the real estate sector.
10. Uluslararası Emlak Fuarı 80’den fazla ülkeden gelen yüksek katılımcı sayısı ile başarıyla sona erdi. Fuar,
emlak sektöründeki sürdürülebilirlik uygulamalarına ışık tutmayı amaçlamıştı.

The UAE real estate market is attracting international companies and service providers that are keen to expand presence in the re-gion.”
This edition unveiled major regional projects by prominent de-velopers. According to the organizers, this edition saw a higher number of new projects. The participating companies include 18% from Hotel & Leisure, 17% from Commercials and Residential, 15% from Offices, 13% from Retailers, 12% from Urban Develop-ment Authorities and 10% from Free Zones.
According to Derya Deran of Levent Homes ‘‘I was slightly appre-hensive before arriving, but in the end it turned out to be a great experience and surpassed my expectations. I was very pleased and interested to find out how knowledgable the locals were about North Cyprus. I would definitely like to go back’’.
Osman Oran of Noyanlar Group of Companies says that ‘‘as Noy-anlar Group of Companies, we were pleased to attend the Dubai Property Exhibition. We were glad to see the amount of interest shown to us by several potential clients and investors. We made many connections and are hoping to bring them here and show them our beautiful island first hand’’.
The 10th International Property Show concluded on the 10th of April with international exhibitors showcasing their projects mainly from the UAE, UK, Morocco, Turkey, Greece, Russia and alongside the Propertync Magazine from North Cyprus were First Consult Cyprus, Dövec Construction, Mesan Construction, Noy-anlar Group of Companies and Levent Homes were present at the exhibition.
Mehmet Cenktaş of Mesan Construction said that ‘‘the Dubai Property Exhibition was very successful for Mesan Develop-ments. Eventhough we were in a foreign country, representing an island that isn’t known by everyone, the attention we received was beyond our expectations. We were very pleased with the interest shown to us. We are currently waiting for replies from the many connections we have made’’.
Iain Fell of First consult Cyprus said, ‘‘for a small TRNC company like First Consult Cyprus this was a trip into the unknown! Buoyed by winning the Platinum Award at the recent Propertync Awards Ceremony the company decided to take the plunge and take a space at the three day Dubai 2014 International Property Show. The exhibition pushed us to the limits; but we came up trumps’’.
Buğra Döveç the director of Döveç Construction said; ‘‘the 2014 International Property Exhibition was successful for our com-pany. As a company that aims to represent North Cyprus in the best way that we can, we were pleased to see the amount of inter-est shown. Thanks to our high quality projects and properties we were able to make many connections. We were very happy with the outcome and are looking forward to taking part in the next Inter-national Property Exhibition’’.
Dawood Al Shezawi, CEO of Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions, the organizer of the show, said “Being the only retail show for prop-erties in at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEX), the high turnout was of no surprise to us. The success of the show and the participation of leading developers and other firms working in the sector confirmed the buoyancy of the property sector in the UAE.”

Levent Homes’den Derya Deran’ın sözlerine göre; “Gitmeden önce biraz tedirgindim, fakat sonuç olarak beklentilerimin üzerinde ilgi gördük ve çok güzel tecrübe de kazandık. Yerlilerin, Kuzey Kıbrıs hakkında var olan bilgileri beni etkiledi. Gelecekte böyle bir etkinlik yeniden olursa, kesinlikte tekrar katılmayı düşünüyorum.”
Fuar’da yer alan Noyanlar Group of Compani-es’den Osman Oran’ın şöyle söyledi; “Noyanlar Şirketler Grubu olarak, Dubai Emlak Fuarında katılımımızdan çok memnun kaldık. Yatırımcılar ve müşterilerin yoğun ilgisini görmek bizi mutlu etti. Fuarda değerli bağlantılar kurduk. Kısa zaman içinde bağlantı kurduğumuz şahısları güzel adamı-za getirip, daha detaylı tanıtmayı umuyoruz.”
10. Uluslararası Emlak Fuarı, çoğunlukla BAE, Bir-leşik Krallık, Fas, Türkiye, Yunanistan, Rusya ve Kuzey Kıbrıs’tan Propertync Dergisi’nin yanı sıra First Consult Cyprus, Döveç Construction, Mesan Construction, Noyanlar Group of Companies ve Levent Homes gibi şirketlerin projelerini sergile-mesiyle 10 Nisan’da sona erdi.
Mesan Developments şirketinden Mehmet Cenk-taş’ın sözlerine göre; “Mesan Development şirketi için Dubai’de gerçekleşen Emlak Fuarı çok başarılı geçti. Yabancı bir ülkede, herkes tarafından bilin-meyen adamızı tanıtıyor olmamıza rağmen, gördü-ğümüz ilgi beklentilerimizin üzerinde oldu. Gördü-ğümüz ilgiden çok memnun kaldık. Kurduğumuz bağlantıların geri dönüşleri kısa zamanda olacağına inanıyoruz.”
First Consult Cyprus Şirketinden, Iain Fell dedi ki; “Küçük bir Kuzey Kıbrıs şirketi olan First Consult Cyprus için bu fuar bilinmeyen yerlere seyahat gibi oldu.
