2. Metallic Butterfly Valves Materials:

The valve should be made of Aluminium ASTM S12A, Rilsan coated. The disc should be of ductile cast iron ASTM A 395 M:88, Rilsan Coated Collar of the valve has to be of EPDM and FPM Shaft of the valve has to be stainless steel 1.4021/AISI 420 The bearing bushes need to have a safety clip. The bushes shall be of bronze material in particular. Actuation can be manual as well as through the pneumatic or electric actuator.

3. Non-Metallic Butterfly Valves Materials (sea water application):

Material will be HDPE All the valves will be PN-16 rated The valves will be operated through the actuators Control time for the actuators shall be 15 S/90 deg The control range has to be 90 deg
