Located ½ mile east of the full interchange at Interstate Highway 94 and State Highway 20/Washington Avenue, the park consists of 83+ acres, including a 60-acre industrial component, plus a 24-acre retail parcel, fronting on State Highway 20 at International Drive.
Industrial Phase 1 is complete and includes two speculative
high cube warehouse/manufacturing buildings. The first,
Building 1, is LEED-certified (Leadership in Energy
and Environmental Design) 323,610 square feet, and is
expandable to 708,800 square feet. Building 2 is 125,000
square feet. The Phase 2 industrial parcel is slated for
another speculative industrial building of 113,000 square
feet. Additionally, another 90 acres of land is potentially
available on the north side of Highway 20 for Phase 3,
including built-to-suit projects.
