Troubleshooting at Home

• Restarting the computer – will fix most problems• Best to do a hard reboot of the computer• Hold the POWER switch for 10 seconds to shut off• Turn the computer on again

• If restarting does not work – is there another computer in the home?• Moodle and Office 365 can be access from ANY computer with

Internet access

• Get in touch with teachers – student needs to send emails

• Student needs to visit the help desk the next day before school
