...The New Civic Development when completed will Provide a 2 storey Building Comprising a 600 Seater Auditorium, A Banquette Hall, Research Center, Display Gallery, Cultural Center, Library, Exhibition Hall, Sculpture Court/ Pavilion, and other facilities like the Vocational Training Center, Entertainment/Health Center, Chalets/Accommodations, Main Entrance Gate/Service Building, Car Parking/Landscape Features, among others.

The New Civic Development as an iconic structure which will boost the socio-cultural activities of the people of Yoruba Land, and as well add value to the Architectural Landscape of the entire Community.
