Where are we now?

Policies

● EO No. 43 s. 2011 (Section 2)○ To institutionalize, open, transparent, accountable, and

inclusive governance;

● Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Section 2)○ To ensure free flow of information to promote innovation

and growth;

● JMC No. 2014-01

○ Formalized the Task Force to lead ODPH

● JMC No. 2015-01○ Guidelines on the Open Government Data Provision in the

2015 General Appropriations Act (GAA)

Policies

● Republic Act 10844 ○ Created the Department of Information and

Communications Technology;

In 2017, the management of the ODPH website was transferred from DBM to DICT;

In 2018, ODPH was integrated into gov.ph
