NSU SPT NEWS Nova Southeastern University Sport and Recreation Management Newsletter Volume 9, Issue 10, May 9, 2018
HAVE A GREAT SUMMER SHARKS! The 2017-18 academic year is wrapping up as we approach commencements.
Along with final exams, there were several ceremonies on campus to recognize
many of our students. Pictured below are two Sport and Recreation Management
Majors, Justin Jackson and Mitch Moczygemba, who finished their freshman year
as part of the Razor’s Edge program. They are future entrepreneurs and have
been gaining valuable experience through Shark Cage which is one of the core
programs of Razor’s Edge. Justin is also a member of the NSU Track and Field
team while Mitch is the Vice President of the Sport Business Student Association.
These young men are great examples of getting involved and taking advantage of
the many wonderful programs offered at NSU. We congratulate our graduates
and look forward to the return of our underclassman. Have a great summer!

Florida, now Miami, Marlins. Sean Otto is well-respected by everyone and has done
an outstanding job this semester. I even got to meet a NSU recruit, Jarrett Hall, the
