Who We are…

The mission of NAVICP/DLA is to procure systems, components, spare parts and overhaul/repair services in providing support of the worldwide aviation and shipboard operations of the U. S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, other military departments and customers in foreign military establishments.

Minimum Requirements

•Source shall have an established Quality Plan in place: Minimal Mil-I-45208 / Preferable AS9100 / ISO9001. They must be compliant not necessarily certified.

•Source shall be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR)

•Have an established history of manufacture of like items or actual items for either the Primes, or other Government activities, (Army) (Air Force) (Navy). FAA is NOT an acceptable customer.

•Have a current Quality Manual in custody

•Ability to provide manufacturing, inspection and material documentation to the Engineering Support Activity (ESA) , and the cognizant Basic Design Engineer (BDE) upon request.
