before you register

Before you register, be sure you have:

• A valid email address

• Course ID from your instructor

• Student access code CRSABKP-200303

1. Start your browserand go to www.MyITLab.com.

2. Click the Student button under Register.

3. On the Register for MyITLab page select one of the following:

a. Yes, I have an access code.

or

b. No, I need to buy access.

You must select the correct version of Office: Office 2007 or Office 2010

If you purchase the wrong access code please call customer service for

your credit @ 1-800-677-6337.

4. Click the License Agreement and Privacy Policy links to review this information. Click the button to continue.

5. On the Access Information page, you will be asked if you have a Pearson Education account.

If so, click the Yes option.

6. If you do not have an account, click the

No option. Enter your desired

login name. Enter and then

re-type your desired password.

7. Enter your access code from the MyITLab Student Access Kit.

8. Click the Next button.

10. On the Account Information page, enter your first name and last name.

Type and thenretype your email address.

11. In the School Location section, select the country in which your

school is located.

12. Enter your school’s ZIP or postal

code.

13. Select your school from the list.

tip: If your school is not listed, scroll to the bottom of the drop-down list and select Other. Enter your school name and city and select the state from the list.

14. Select a Security Question and enter the answer.

15. Click the button (only once!) to

submit your registration.

16. A Confirmation and Summary page

displays, indicating your registration is

successful!

17. Click the button to log

into MyITLab.

2. The first time you log in a welcome message will pop up.

Read it, click Do not display this message again, and then click OK.

3. On the My Courses page, click the Enroll in a Course button.

4. Enter the Course ID provided by your instructor. Click Submit.

5. On the Confirm Course screen, verify the course

and instructor information.

6. On the Summary screen, confirm the information is correct and then click the button.

congratulations!

You are now registered and enrolled in a course in MyITLab! Click the Course Name to enter your course.

To set-up your home computers click Computer Set Up located under For Students on the MyITLab.com homepage.

If you are a Mac User – click the Mac User link under For Students on the homepage.
