– Features a message waiting indicator that will appear if there is a voicemail message

4. Phone mode – (softphone icon showing) select to switch from Softphonemode to Deskphone mode
5. Options – select to modify particular user options, such as call forwarding

There are NO SIP trunks between OCS and CUCM
