Priority Pass bukan merupakan tanda jadi pembelian atau pemesanan unit produk Monaco Bay.Priority Pass ini berlaku hanya untuk proyek “Monaco Bay”, Manado - Sulawesi Utara. dan tidak dapat diperjualkanbelikan atau dialihkan.Setiap Priority Pass hanya dapat digunakan untuk 1 ( satu ) unit produk Monaco Bay.Priority Pass dapat dipergunakan sebagai Booking Fee pembelian atau pemesanan unit produk Monaco Bay sesuai dengan nama dan identitas yang tercantum di dalam Priority Pass.Priority Pass yang asli wajib dibawa pada saat pembeliaan atau pemesanan unit product Monaco Bay.Priority Pass dapat di uangkan kembali bila tidak ada pilihan unit produk yang sesuai pada saat tanggal/tenggang waktu yang sudah ditentukan oleh developer/Penerima Pesanan dan dengan mengikuti prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak manajemen serta atas permintaan tertulis oleh customer.Priority Pass yang sudah disetorkan tidak dapat dikembalikan sebelum waktu yang ditentukan oleh PT.
