Priority Pass bukan merupakan tanda jadi pembelian atau pemesanan unit produk Monaco Bay.Priority Pass ini berlaku hanya untuk proyek “Monaco Bay”, Manado - Sulawesi Utara. dan tidak dapat diperjualkanbelikan atau dialihkan.Setiap Priority Pass hanya dapat digunakan untuk 1 ( satu ) unit produk Monaco Bay.Priority Pass dapat dipergunakan sebagai Booking Fee pembelian atau pemesanan unit produk Monaco Bay sesuai dengan nama dan identitas yang tercantum di dalam Priority Pass.Priority Pass yang asli wajib dibawa pada saat pembeliaan atau pemesanan unit product Monaco Bay.Priority Pass dapat di uangkan kembali bila tidak ada pilihan unit produk yang sesuai pada saat tanggal/tenggang waktu yang sudah ditentukan oleh developer/Penerima Pesanan dan dengan mengikuti prosedur yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak manajemen serta atas permintaan tertulis oleh customer.Priority Pass yang sudah disetorkan tidak dapat dikembalikan sebelum waktu yang ditentukan oleh PT. Bahtera Perkasa Makmur.Setelah berhasil memilih unit pilihan pemesan dengan mengisi “Unit Selection Confirmation Form” atau Surat Pesanan, maka seluruh pembayaran tanda jadi Priority Pass secara otomatis tidak dapat dikembalikan dan akan dikreditkan sebagai booking fee atau pembayaran lainnya secara otomatis, dan pemesan akan menandatangani Surat Pesanan/Surat Renovasi dalam waktu paling lambat 1x24 jam sejak ditandatangani Unit Selection Confirmation Form.Pengisian yang tidak lengkap / tidak benar bukan merupakan tanggung jawab developer /Penerima Pesanan.Segala akibat yang ditimbulkan oleh penyalahgunaan Priority Pass ini oleh pihak lain adalah diluar tanggung jawab developer atau penerima Pesanan.Nomor urut Priority Pass tidak berlaku apabila Pemesan tidak hadir pada saat tanggal pemilihan unit.Bila dalam waktu 14 hari kalender sejak tanggal pembelian atau pemesanan unit, Pemesan tidak memilih unit maka Pemesan dianggap tidak memilih dan Priority Pass tetap berlaku.Dengan ditanda tangani Priority Pass ini maka pemesan sudah setuju dengan segala syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku.Syarat dan ketentuan lainnya yang belum terdapat dalam Priority Pass akan diatur kemudian dan Developer berhak merubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya.PT.
