Referenz overview The FH Campus Vienna is the largest college building in Austria and consists of 6 floors withclassrooms, research and administration rooms, a library, cafeteria, coffee shop and banquet hall. The design of the technical building equipment (ES; HVAC, FAS, BMS) was carried out by Siemens Building Management & Services G.m.b.H. A unique fire smoke exhaust system including a complex fire control posed a particular challenge.

Example maintenance plan:
The check lists for the maintenance program are administrated via our CAFM system and are issued together with the order sheet for specific maintenance tasks and are reported after completion of the works so that a complete documentation of the activities is guaranteed. All tasks may monitored by our webbased reporting tool.
