1 optiPoint 410

Install optiPoints 410 to a STMI2 board.

The connection between the optiPoints and the STMI2 should use voice compression.

Make a call and control, if a Codec with voice compression is used with the tools, you find on the PC.

Solution:

ADD-BCSU:MTYPE=PER,LTG=1,LTU=2,SLOT=43,PARTNO="Q2316-X ",FCTID=3;

ADD-HFAB:MTYPE=STMIHFA2,LTU=2,SLOT=43,SMODE=NORMAL,IPADDR=1.30.11.40, NETMASK=255.255.255.0,DEFRT=1.30.11.254;

RESTART-BSSU:ADDRTYPE=PEN,LTG=1,LTU=2,SLOT=43;

ADD-SBCSU:STNO=7188,OPT=OPTI,CONN=IP2,DVCFIG=OPTIIP,COS1=33,COS2=30, LCOSV1=9,LCOSV2=1,LCOSD1=9,LCOSD2=1,DPLN=0,ITR=0,STD=100;

ADD-SBCSU:STNO=7189,OPT=OPTI,CONN=IP2,DVCFIG=OPTIIP,COS1=33,COS2=30, LCOSV1=9,LCOSV2=1,LCOSD1=9,LCOSD2=1,DPLN=0,ITR=0,STD=100;

CHANGE-HFAB:MTYPE=STMIHFA2,LTU=2,SLOT=43,TYPE=ASC,CODECLST=G723;

● Set the Codec in the Configuration menu of the terminal:

– At the terminal: . Press the keys 1 0 3 simultaneously to get access to the “Configura-tion Menu” to change there the “Audio Settings”.

or

– Change the “Audio Settings” via the phone homepage with the following entry in the WEB Browser:

http://<ip address>:8082

● To see the used Codecs, start the homepage of the STMI2 board. To get access to the homepage of the STMI2 enter the following AMO command:

CHANGE-HFAB:MTYPE=STMIHFA2,LTU=2,SLOT=43,TYPE=DEBUG,FACCMODE=1;

a) When you are using the STMI2 homepage select the “dspSub” Menu -> “dspListActi-veChannels". All active calls are displayed. Note the B-channel. Return to the “dspSub” Menu enter the channel number under "show channel configuration". Now the channel configuration is displayed with the used Codec.

b) Also possible is to use the tool “Etherreal”, if a HUB is used or there are monitoring ports at the Layer 2 switch.

2 Mobile HFA

1. Add the feature Mobile HFA in your system.

Solution:

a) Which central AMO parameters are necessary for the function ?

ADD-WABE:CD=*50,DAR=MHFALGON,CD2=#50;

CHANGE-FEASU:TYPE=A,CM=MOBHFA;

REGENARATE-PERSI:TYPE=COPIN; */ Checking if COPIN1 = Mobile

b) Which settings for the subscribers are necessary ?

ADD-PERSI:TYPE=STN,STNO=7288,PIN1=7288;

ADD-PERSI:TYPE=STN,STNO=7289,PIN1=7289;

CHANGE-SDAT:STNO=7288,TYPE=ATTRIBUT,AATTR=MHFAHOME&MHFATBV;

CHANGE-SDAT:STNO=7289,TYPE=ATTRIBUT,AATTR=MHFAHOME&MHFATBV;

c) How is the handling on the terminal ?

– Handling at the terminal:

*50 7288# 7288#

or

Service Menu --> mobility LogOn "ok" ---> 7288# --> 7288#

2. Add the feature network wide.

Add a Secretary-Executive group on the otipoints 410. Use all special keys for the Secre-tary and for the Executive.

5 Alternative Routing on Error

1. Add an alternative route for any subscriber for the case OOS on error. An incoming call should be routed to a Public Network number (e.g. 0-30300-7xxx).

Solution:

CHANGE-SDAT:STNO=7480,TYPE=DATA1,STNOOOS=0303007341;

2. What happens, if the pen of the station is deactivated by AMO ?

Solution:

The caller gets the Busy Tone.

3. Realize that the incoming calls to this station is also routed to the alternative destination, if the station is deactivated by AMO.

Solution:

CHANGE-SDAT:STNO=7480,TYPE=DATEA1,AMOALTRT=YES;

4. All incoming calls to stations of a special Source Group sould be routet to the attendant in case of error.

Solution:

ADD-APRT:TYPE=ALTERR,SRCGRP=1,ALRTYPE=OOS,ALTRTNR=93,EXTNO=0;

– The following AMO command must be entered, if the alterative route should be used in this case too, if one of the subscribers of the source group is deactivated by AMO:

b) Which keys are necessary for number corrections ?

Arrow keys (“<“ and “>”) and the Minus key (“-”).

c) For which types of terminals can this feature be used ?

Only for UP0E terminals.

d) What about terminals without a display ?

The parameters DIGNODIS and CALLOG in AMO SBCSU have to be set correctly for optiPoint 500 entry and optiset entry and basic (DIGNODIS=YES and CALLOG=NONE).

e) Change for test the parameter “DIGNODIS" to “NO” for an optiPoint 500 entry or opti-set entry / basic.

f) Test the calling situation for the entry/basic.

g) What happens after deactivation/activation of the entry/basic ?

The parameter DIGNODIS is set automatically to the right value. So the correct function is guaranteed.

3. The Callog entries should not can be deleted by the customer in the system.How do you can realize this feature ?
