Piper Jaffray Remote Access
Junos Pulse for Mac – Install & Setup

Click on this link www1.pjc.com/junos. On this webpage click the file JunosPulse.dmg and save it to your machine.
On your machine navigate to where you saved the file JunosPulse.dmg
and double click on the package icon. This will open up the Install Junos
Pulse window. On the Introduction page click Continue.
On the next screen click Continue.
Click Install.
****If your Mac security settings require a password for an application
install use your Mac login username and password and click Install
Software (this is not Piper Jaffray login info)
Junos Pulse will now install into your Application folder on your Mac,
once installed double click the application icon for Junos Pulse to open
and launch. In the lower left-hand corner click the + tab.
In the Name: field enter Piper Jaffray. In the Server URL: field enter
access.pjc.com/NonPJC-PC-Mac and click Add. ***The backup Server URL
is ny.access.pjc.com/NonPJC-PC-Mac (this can also be used as a secondary
connection, just use a different name when adding it. IE – Piper Jaffray NYC)
Click Connect.
Click the check box Save Settings and click OK to allow Pulse to connect.
Enter your Piper Jaffray user name and RSA passcode, click Connect.
You are now connected to Junos Pulse and will need to launch the Microsoft
Remote Desktop Client application to connect to your Piper Jaffray machine.
Open the Remote Desktop Connection application and enter your full
computer name into the Computer: field and click Connect.
Enter your Piper Jaffray network user name and password (not RSA passcode).
The Domain: field needs to remain blank. Click OK. ***Do not check “Add user
information to your keychain” as your network password changes every 90 days.
A certificate popup will appear, click Connect and you will be connected
to your Piper Jaffray machine.
