Almudena Antona, Transport Aircraft MRO Line Manager“Managing the status of all defects found in a maintenance period is very difficult; there is no visibility”

655hTo inspect large A/C
Gonzalo Torres, MRO Quality verification“Once the aircraft is in the hangar, every cm of the aircraft has to be inspected and it takes great effort and a lot of time”
Alberto Cruz, Transport Aircraft MRO Team Leader“We spend a lot of time finding the required documentation to accomplish work and define accurate position of each defect found”

Productivity• Too much time on finding defects on big aircrafts• Too many infrastructure for finding defects• Two workers finding defects
Capacity• Increase on capacity
Lead Time and Cost reduction• Expenses on heavy scaffoldings• No record of the initial surface status of the aircraft• No visual monitoring of pending works and
already accomplished works
Financial revenue• Increase on programs EBIT
