WemotionthecourtthatourappealintheSupremeCourtoftheUnitedKingdomtoquashmyconvictionbegranted,onthefollowinggrounds:-1. TheMagistrates’CourtGibraltardidNotFactuallyRespondtomyArguments

1.1. Iwaschargedwith“beinganonGibraltarianinGibraltarwithoutavalidpermit”contrarytolegislation.Ichallengedthejudge’sauthorityandjurisdiction,citingthathehadnone,andalsorequestedajury,duetothefactthathisemployerMrs.ElizabethA.M.Battenberg(aliasWindsor)hadnone,because,amongstother,shebrokeherCoronationOath…“tomaintaintotheutmostofmypowerTheLawsofGod…ThethingswhichIhaveherebeforepromised,Iwillperformandkeep.SohelpmeGod”(SeecopyofSignedOathARRSAD&CoronationOathProcedureARRSAE).AndtheLawsofGod,thatshepromisedtomaintain,forbidhermultipleenactments(RoyalAssent)oflegislation:Kingofkings’BibleJAHTruth.net/kofk-free/BibleDeuteronomy4:2YeshallnotADDuntothewordwhichIcommandyou,neithershallyediminish[ought]fromit,thatyemaykeeptheCommandmentsofthe"IAM"yourGodwhichICOMMANDyou.12:8Yeshallnotdoafterall[thethings]thatwedoherethisday,everymanwhatsoever[is]rightinhisowneyes.

12:32WhatthingsoeverIcommandyou,observetodoit:thoushaltnotaddthereto,nordiminishfromit.Matthew(Jesus)5:17ThinknotthatIamcometodestroyTheLaw,ortheProphets:Iamnotcometodestroy,buttofulfill.5:18ForverilyIsayuntoyou,Tillheavenandearthpass,onejotoronetittleshallinnowaypassfromTheLaw,tillallbefulfilled.5:19WhosoeverthereforeshallbreakoneoftheseleastCOMMANDments,andshallteachmenso,heshallbecalledtheleastintheKingdomofheaven:butwhosoevershalldoandteach[them],thesameshallbecalledgreatintheKingdomofheaven.5:20ForIsayuntoyou,ThatexceptyourrighteousnessshallEXCEED[therighteousness]ofthelawyersandpoliticians,yeshallinnocaseenterintotheKingdomofheaven.

1.2. Howevershewasinanycaseunlawfullycrowned,uponafake336lbsScottishsandstonecoronationstone,andthereforeneverwasthelawfulsovereign.

Fake-stoneNowinEdinburghCastle(SeealsoAddendumA).Because,thereal458lbsBethelPorphyryCoronationStone/Jacob’sPillarStone/LiaFail/TheStoneofDestinyJAHTruth.net/liafail,thatallBritishIsraelkingswerecrowneduponsinceDavid(See“HeraldicSymbolismofUnicornintheBritishCoatofArms”-AddendumB.AlsoatJAHTruth.net/britca),wasremovedonChristmasdayin1950backtoScotland,beforeher2ndJune1953Coronation:

OfficialWestminsterAbbeyphotooftheREALCoronationStone(SeealsoAddendumA).ThefakestonewasgivenatArbroathAbbeyonthe11thApril1951,uponwhichMrs.Battenbergwascrowned.TheRealStoneisstillmissinginScotland.

1.3. IalsoprovedmyBritishnesswithmybody’soriginal1960“UnionofSouthAfrica”birthcertificate(SeeattachedARRSAJ),whichaccordswiththe1953Coronation

Oath’s:“governthePeoplesoftheUnionofSouthAfrica”,togetherwithmybody’slateBritishgranddadandmother(ConfirmedbyUKBorderAgency–Seeattached

ARRSAK),andmyobviousadherencetoTheCovenant/LawsofGod,whichiswhat

Brit-ishmeans;beingHebrewforCovenant-men/people,fromthetwoHebrew

wordsBeritandIsh;andotherproofsweresubmitted.

1.4. Whichallirrefutablydemonstratesthefraudinthelegislation,whichfalselyaccusesme,anddeniesmetherecognitionofmyBritishness;whilealsoeffectivelyfalselydeclaringthe1953CoronationOathnullandvoid.

1.5. TheMagistrate:

1.5.1. RefusedtherequestedpresenceofMrs.Battenberg,theCoronationBibleandtheCoronationOathatthehearing,toanswertotheseveralaccusationsagainst

her,and

1.5.2. Refusedtorecusehimselfinthematter,inwhichhewasdefinitelyaninterested/accusedparty,whocoulddefinitelynotprovehislackofbias,and

refusedajury,and

1.5.3. Ignoredtheirrefutablefactualargumentsandevidence,andconvictedme,intermsofthefraudulentlegislation,todeportation/removalandafineof£200.

1.6. Thedeportation/removalorderwassubsequentlydropped,whentheveracityofmynew/latestAustrianpassport,thatIacquiredandproducedduringthehearings,was

established,towhichIwasentitledasanAustriancitizensince1989.

2. TheSupremeCourtGibraltaralsodidnotFactuallyRespondtomyArguments

2.1. IappealedtheconvictionintheSupremeCourtofGibraltaronthegroundssetoutinthe“Appellant’sResponsetoRespondent’sSkeletonArguments”dated11/1/2017

lodged12/1/2017attached;oneofthemostimportantdocumentseverlodgedthere,andseveralpriorlodgements.

2.2. ChiefJusticeAnthonyDudley:

2.2.1. Firstalsorefusedtorecusehimselfwhenhewascitedforthesameabsenceofbiasinthematter,especiallythathewaspubliclyaccusedofcriminalityinthe5th

GibraltarMessenger(SeeAddendumD.Alsoatgibraltarmessenger.net.)

2.2.2. Hethenannouncedthathewouldnotconsiderthe“Appellant’sResponsetoRespondent’sSkeletonArguments”dated11/1/2017lodged12/1/2017(attached)andearliersubmissionstotheMagistrates’andSupremeCourt;becausetheyareirrefutable,andhe,liketheMagistrate,couldnotargueagainstthem;himstatingthattheywereonlya“beliefsystem”,andheupheldtheMagistrate’sconviction.

3. TheSUPREMELYImportantFactualArgumentsMUSTbeanswered

3.1. IrefertotheSUPREMELYimportantdocument;the“Appellant’sResponsetoRespondent’sSkeletonArguments”(ARRSA):

3.1.1. ARRSA:“3.3ThepointsofLawraised,raiseissuesofgravepublic,nationalandworldimportance,whichthereforemustbeconsideredbytheSupremeCourt”…whichwasnotdone.SeealsoARRSA3.1-3.2.

3.2. ChiefJusticeAnthonyDudley’sdismissalofthedocumentasa“beliefsystem”isanopinionandnotfactualargument,whichisunbecomingofabodywhosestockintradeisfactualargument;butIsubmitthatit’sbecausehe;noranyoneelse,canargueagainstit,becausetheargumentsinitareirrefutable,andhispositionandsalarydependuponhimnotacknowledgingit.SeeARRSA1.14-1.28&2.1-2.5.

3.3. Thelackofresponsehighlightstheveryimportantpoint,thatkingsareappointedbyGodandnotbyhumans,becauseitsayssoinTheLawsofGodthatMrs.Battenbergpromisedto“maintaintotheutmostofherpower”.AndGoddidnotappointher,andthereforenotherjudgeseither,whichiswhysheandtheycannotrespond,becausetheyhavenevermaintainedHisLaws.RefertoARRSApoints1.1-1.13&2.6-2.10.

3.4. Irequestherpresence,andtheCoronationBibleandOath,attheappeal,becausesheundoubtedlyknewthatshewascrowneduponafakecoronationstone,toexplainwhysheconcealedthatfactfromherpeople,andwhyshegave“RoyalAssent”tomultitudinouslegislation,contrarytoDeuteronomy4:2,12:8&12:32(See1.1).

3.5. AndIwillrequestthepresenceofMr.IanHamiltonQC,wholedthegroupwhoremovedtheRealCoronationStone,andwrotebooksaboutit,andgaveafakesubstituteinreturn,tocorroboratethatfact.RefertoARRSApoints1.3-1.6.

3.6. IrequestanindependentjurytoadjudicatetheseFundamentallyimportantfacts,whichMrs.Battenberg’sjudgeshaverefusedtofactuallyanswer,becausetheyareobviouslybiased,asexplainedintheARRSApoints1.14-1.28&2.1-2.5.
