How to: the online JMU library services

By: Colleen Carty

Overview

• Students, faculty, and staff frequently use the library services online to research scholarly, peer reviewed articles, found in the library system for papers, classes, projects, etc. Using the library online services is a lot easier because it takes seconds to search a huge database for anything that a student, staff or faculty member may need. It is also very easy to narrow down searches to rule out any irrelevant material. This library service catalogue offers search features and a large collection of information to search from. Without an understanding of this application, students, faculty, and staff are limited to searching through the library manually for information.
