We specialise in unlocking value in existing properties. Numerous complex structural alterations attest to this fact. The most recent example

if the engineering of a complex 12-storey addition to the existing Triangle House Building in Cape Town. Although the client settled for a less

elaborate scheme, the engineering of the complex alteration sets the tone for what is possible with existing buildings in the near future.
