VEGETABLESVegetable are also very healthy. Here

are some of the many vegetables that there are. It is good to have at least 5 a day.

5 A DAYIt is recommended that you eat at

least 5 fruits and vegetables every day.

Healthy living• If you do lots of exercise you will stay

healthy. Go to school on your bike or scooter, go swimming or join an after school club.
