(“OfficialRules”)

1.NOPURCHASENECESSARYTOENTERORWIN.APURCHASEWILLNOTINCREASEYOURCHANCESOFWINNING.The“GOPOMGO”POM®Contest(the“Contest”)issponsoredbyCanadaBreadCompany,Limited(the“Sponsor”).TheContestconsistsof:(a)aseriesofDailyPrizedraws,eachwithdifferententrydeadlinesassetoutinRule5;and(b),aseriesofGrandPrizedraws,eachwithdifferententrydeadlinesassetoutinRule6.

The“ContestPeriod”runsfromFebruary1,2018,at12:00amET,untiltheentrydeadlinefortheDailyPrizeportionandtheGrandPrizeportion,whichallcloseat11:59pmETonMarch26,2018.

2.ELIGIBILITY

TheContestisopentolegalresidentsofQuebec,NewBrunswickandOntariowhoarethirteen(13)yearsoldorolder.Theparticipantswhoareundertheageofmajorityintheirprovinceofresidencemusthavepermissionfrom,andacceptanceoftheseContestRulesby,theirparent/legalguardiantoparticipateinthisContestandmayberequiredtoprovideproofofsameinwritinginaformsatisfactorytotheSponsor.Thefollowingpersonsarenoteligibletoenterortowinandwillbecollectivelyreferredtoas“PromotionEntities”:(a)employees,agentsandrepresentativesoftheSponsor,aswellasanyparentorrelatedcompany,theiradvertisingandpromotionagencies,suppliersofprizes,materialsandservicesrelatedtotheContest;and(b)membersoftheimmediatefamiliesofsuchemployees,agentsandrepresentatives(regardlessofwheretheyreside)andallpersonswithwhomtheseemployees,representativesoragentsreside,whetherrelatedornot.ForthepurposesoftheOfficialRules,“immediatefamily”meanssiblings,children,parents,step-parentsandspouses.

DuringtheContestPeriod,gotowww.gopomgo.ca(the“ContestWebsite”),andfollowtheon-screeninstructionsintheRegistersectiontoprovideyouremailaddressandselectapasswordthatwillbeusedtosigninonsubsequentvisitstotheContestWebsite,aswellasyourfirstname,lastname,provinceofresidenceandtelephonenumber.Keepyourpasswordconfidential.Limitofone(1)registrationperperson.Eachpersonmayonlyregisteronce,andmustuseauniqueemailaddresstodoso.Duplicationmayresultindisqualification.

Toobtainadditionalentries,theparticipantmay:

EntriesandprizeclaimsaresubjecttoverificationbytheSponsor.AttheSponsor’sdiscretion,verificationmayincludearequirementtoprovidephotoidentificationshowingavalidaddress.Anyentrythatisincomplete,fraudulent,lost,illegible,inviolationoftheseOfficialRules,orreceivedaftertheContestendswillbeautomaticallyrejectedandwillnotgiveanyrighttoaprize.ThedecisionoftheSponsorisfinalandwithoutappeal.TheSponsorisnotresponsibleforerrorsinprinting,productionordistribution.Intheeventofaprinting,prizing,programming,productionorothererror,oranyotherreasonwhatsoeverresultinginmorethantheadvertisednumberofprizesbeingclaimed,therewillbearandomdrawheldamongstalleligibleprizeclaimantstoawardthecorrectnumberofprizes,atatimedeterminedbytheSponsor.Inclusioninsuchdrawingshallbethesoleandexclusiveremedyinsuchcircumstancesforanyeligibleprizeclaimants.AllentriesbecomethepropertyoftheSponsorandwillnotbereturned.10.PERSONALINFORMATION

Withoutlimitingtheforegoing,participantsalsoreleasetheSponsor,thePromotionsEntities,Facebookandanyotherapplicablesocialmediaplatforms,fromallresponsibilitywhatsoeverrelatedtoanymattersbeyondtheircontrol,includingbutnotlimitedto:(a)themalfunctioningofanysoftwarecomponents,software,linesofcommunicationrelatedtothelossorabsenceofanycommunicationnetwork,orrelatedtoanyfailed,delayed,misdirected,incomplete,illegibleorerasedtransmissionbyanycomputer,faxornetwork,andwhichcouldlimit,orprevent,thepossibilityofanypersonfromenteringtheContest;(b)downloadinganysoftwareandbythetransmissionofanyinformationrequiredforentryintheContest;(c)anydamageorlosswhatsoevercausedbylate,lost,orillegibleentries;and(d)anyproblemswith,ormalfunctionsorfailuresof,telephonenetworksorlines,computersorcomputeron-linesystems,serversorproviders,computerequipment,software,virusesorbugs;(e)garbledtransmissionsormiscommunications;(f)failureofanye-mailtobereceivedbyorfromtheSponsorforanyreason,includingbutnotlimitedtotrafficcongestionontheInternetoratanywebsiteorcombinationthereofortechnicalincompatibility;(g)damagetoauser'scomputerequipment(softwareorhardware)occasionedbyparticipationordownloadingofmaterialsrelatedtothisContestorinconnectionwiththeContestWebsite;(h)printing,distribution,programmingorproductionerrors,andanyothererrorsormalfunctionsofanykind,whetherhuman,mechanical,electronicorotherwise;or(i)technical,pictorial,typographicaloreditorialerrorsoromissionscontained

12.ForthepurposesoftheseOfficialRules,intheeventofadisputeastotheidentityofaparticipant,theparticipantwillbedeemedthepersonwhosenameappearsontheonlineregistrationformenteredontheContestWebsite.ItisthispersonwhomustcomplyinallrespectswiththeOfficialRules,andwhowillbeaskedthemathematicalskill-testingquestionandtowhomtheprizewillbeawardedifheorsheisdeclaredawinner.

13.ThisContestissubjecttoallapplicablefederal,provincialandmunicipallaws.Entriesgeneratedbyscript,macro,robotic,programmed,orotherautomatedmeansareprohibitedand,atthesolediscretionoftheSponsor,willbeexcluded.

14.Sponsorreservestherighttocorrectanytypographical,printing,computerprogrammingoroperatorerrors.Sponsor'sfailuretoenforceanytermoftheseOfficialRulesshallnotconstituteawaiverofthatprovision.TheinvalidityorunenforceabilityofanyprovisionoftheseOfficialRulesshallnotaffectthevalidityorenforceabilityofanyotherprovision.IfanyprovisionoftheOfficialRulesisdeterminedtobeinvalidorotherwiseunenforceable,thentheOfficialRulesshallbeconstruedinaccordancewiththeirtermsasiftheinvalidorunenforceableprovisionwasnotcontainedtherein.TheSponsorreservestheright,initssoleandabsolutediscretion,toadministeranalternatetestofskillasitdeemsappropriateornecessarytocomplywithapplicablelaw.Shouldawinnermakeanyfalsestatement(s)inanydocumentreferencedabove,thewinnermayberequiredtopromptlyreturntoSponsorhis/herprize,orthecashvaluethereof.

15.If,byreasonoferrororforanyotherreasonwhatsoever,thenumberofpotentialwinnersclaimingprizesexceedsthenumberofavailableprizes,assetforthintheseOfficialRules,thewinnersorremainingwinners,asthecasemaybe,ofthenumberofprizestobewoninthecategoryinquestionaccordingtotheseOfficialRulesmay,inthesolediscretionoftheSponsor,beselectedbymeansofarandomdrawamongallpersonsmakingpurportedlyvalidclaimsforsuchprizes.ParticipationinsuchadrawshallbethesoleandexclusiveremedyinsuchcircumstancesforanyeligiblepersonhavingsubmittedanentryintotheContest.

SubjecttofirstobtainingtheapprovaloftheRégiedesalcools,descoursesetdesjeux(the“Régie”)whenrequired,theSponsorreservestheright,tosuspendorterminatetheContestortoamend,modifyormakeadditionstotheseOfficialRules,atanytime,withoutnoticeifinSponsor’ssolediscretion,anyfactorinterfereswithitsproperconductascontemplatedbytheseOfficial

Rules.Withoutlimitingthegeneralityoftheforegoing,theSponsorreservestheright,atitssolediscretion,tocancel,interrupt,extendorsuspendthisContest,inwholeorinpart,intheeventofavirus,softwarebug,unauthorizedhumaninterventionoranyothereventbeyondthecontroloftheSponsor,whichcouldcorruptoraffecttheadministration,security,impartialityornormalrunningofthisContest,subjecttotheapprovaloftheRégie.

AnylitigationrespectingtheconductororganizationofapublicitycontestmaybesubmittedtotheRégiedesalcools,descoursesetdesjeuxforaruling.AnylitigationrespectingtheawardingofaprizemaybesubmittedtotheRégieonlyforthepurposeofhelpingthepartiesreachasettlement.
