Introducing the students in theCBS Full-time MBA 2020We are thrilled to showcase our Full-time MBA class who will complete their programme in August 2020. This group of experienced and talented professionals will graduate with a broadened perspective on how to approach complex business issues and create integration across business units. The CBS MBA prepares them to lead and transform businesses, making them highly motivated and skilled to tackle your business challenges. Work Experience Prior to the MBA Restricted in size and selective in admission, the CBS MBA is an exclu-sive programme for motivated and experienced professionals. The average class participant comes with 7.5 years of work experience. This allows for a strong learning experi-ence where students can leverage each other’s industry and profes-sional insights.
Honing and Developing Leadership and Management Skills A vast majority of the class already possess management and leadership experience from very diverse roles. In addition, students undergo an inten-sive leadership programme as part of their MBA. The Leadership Discovery Process includes both theoretical learning in the classroom and experi-
ential learning off campus as well as coaching and mentoring sessions. This not only prepares the students for managerial challenges in their future careers but also lets them explore what leadership is and develop a capacity to exercise it effectively and responsibly.
