“Fashion that Heals” presented by Saks Fifth Avenue of South Coast Plaza took center court on Thursday, July 19 at La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad. The inaugural event was hosted by Tri-City Hospital Foundation in conjunction with the Mercury Insurance Open to benefit women’s health programs at Tri-City Medical Center.
