Meaning of Religious Faith

Religious faith is defined as a sense of trust that we have in a power beyond ourselves in a supreme being or creator (God).

In friendship we trust another person we can see

In religious faith we trust in God, whom we cannot see

The actual act of trusting our religious faith comes from the heart. It is a feeling of intuition Trust in our religious fiath sometimes comes from what we understand about certain issues or ideas

To understand the deeper meanings of faith and religion one needs a trust that sees life as basically good and embraces life with hope
