(1) Download Pulse Secure Client

- In VPN login (https://vpn.essencore.com) page, download Pulse Secure Client Installer with current your OS bit and install

※ How to check PC OS bit ( For all ESSENCORE’s PC, OS bit is 64bit. ‘Download Windows 64 bit’)

- Uninstall related Pulse Secure program and re-try to install
