ERASMUS+ PROGRAMME

• Scholarships for students who want to study or do your practice abroad

• For students of all study levels

• Destination countries: – EU countries + TR, LI, NO, IS, FYRM

• Participation several times: – In every study level, the sum of months = max 12

(studies+traineeships)

MOBILITY FOR STUDIES

• Since 2nd year

• Duration 3-5(12) months

• In partner university

• Deadline for applications:– Primary: beginning of March

– 1st additional: in May

– 2nd additional: in October

MOBILITY FOR TRAINEESHIPS

• Since 1st year

• Duration 2-5(12) months

• At some European company/institution– NB! EU institutions & national foreign missions are not

suitable

• Deadline for applications:– Primary: beginning of March

– On-going basis: 2 months before the starting

TRAINEESHIPS FOR RECENT GRADUATES

• During one year after graduation

How to get an Erasmus student?

1. Choose a foreign HEI2. Fill in the APPLICATION FORM and send it to

Erasmus Coordinator3. Wait for confirmation about the decision4. Choose the courses & fill in the

Learning Agreement for Studies5. Send the docs to foreign HEI, cc to EA’s

Erasmus Coordinator6. If you are accepted, sign the grant agreement

For traineeships:1. Find a company / institution2. Fill in the APPLICATION FORM and send it to

Erasmus Coordinator3. Wait for confirmation about the decision4. Put together traineeships programme & fill in the

Learning Agreement for Traineeships5. Sign the insurance policy for the mobility period6. Forward the docs to EA’s Erasmus Coordinator &

sign the grant agreement

Mandatory docs:

LA for Studies / LA for Traineeships

Grant Agreement

Copy of ID / passport

Health Insurance (European Health Insurance Card)

For trainees: accident and liability insurance coverage for

the mobility period

NB! The foreign HEI may ask some additional docs

(language certificate, motivation letter, portfolio, etc.)

Language preparation

Obligatory on-line language test before & after

mobility, if the usable language is EN, GE, FR, IT

or ES

On-line language course (2-12 months) if necessary

NB! The aim of language test is to measure the

influence of mobility on the language skills

Smaller languages: if possible, defenitely take part

in language course offered by foreign HEI

Scholarships

For studies: = EC grant + ER grant

For traineeships: = EC grant + 100

€/month +

ER grant, if possible

80% is paid after signing the agreement,

20% after the mobility period and

submitting the Final Report

Group 2 (medium cost of living)

Euroacademy’s support:

One-time tuition discount for the students participated in study

mobility – EA deducts the cost of credit points

earned in foreign HEI
