It is a method of teaching and learning that involves processing and producing learning. It measures what students can do with what they know, rather than how much they know and the tasks are based on what is most essential in the curriculum and what is interesting to a student.

Portfolio Assessment

A student portfolio is a collection of student work. The collection should include evidence of student reflection and self-evaluation. The goal is to help student’s portfolios that represent their writing capabilities.
