ACTIVATE: After receiving your free website, back office software and free position inthe compensation model by signing up as a DrinkACT.com Dealer through yoursponsor's website, it is now time to activate your position by making a productpurchase of at least 40 PBV (personal business volume). This will allow you to beginaccumulating volume as you build your Left and Right side Sales Teams.
QUALIFY: Next, you will want to qualify to receive Team Building Cash Rewards bypersonally sponsoring one person on your Left Side Team and one person on your RightSide Team that purchases at least 40 PBV every calendar month.

BRONZE DEALER
1. ACTIVE & QUALIFIED DEALER achieves BRONZE status by accomplishing thefollowing:
Accumulate 120 PBV or higher of personal purchases within 30 days of yourenrollment;
OR,
During the enrollment process or within 30 days of the enrollment process,Purchase of a BRONZE PACK (120 BV).
PAID AS BRONZE (QUALIFY): You will want to qualify to receive TeamBuilding Cash Rewards by personally sponsoring one person on your Left SideTeam and one person on your Right Side Team that purchases at least 40 PBVevery calendar month.
2. BRONZE DEALER receives the following:
a) Recognition for achieving BRONZE status;b) Doubling of Team Building Cash Rewards to $20 per cycle and $3,500.00 per
week potential.c) Receive a Fast Start Bonus of $40 on any personally sponsored Dealer who
purchases a Bronze Pack. (One-Tier Fast Start)
SILVER DEALER
1. ACTIVE & QUALIFIED DEALER achieves SILVER status by accomplishing thefollowing:
Accumulate 120 PBV or higher of personal purchases within 30 days of yourenrollment;
Personally sponsor six (6)BRONZE Dealers.
OR,
During the enrollment process or within 30 days of the enrollment process,
Purchase of TWO BRONZE PACKS (240 BV).
2. SILVER DEALER receives the following:
a) Recognition for achieving SILVER status;b) May receive up to $5,000.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards;c) A 10% matching bonus on the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by all
personally sponsored Dealers.

d) Receive a Fast Start Bonus of $40 on any personally sponsored Dealer whopurchases a Bronze Pack (One-Tier Fast Start) and $20 on THEIRpersonallysponsored dealers when they purchase a Bronze Pack. (Two-Tier Fast Start)
Please note that the collective payout of this 10% match shall not exceed that of the Team BuildingCash Rewards earned by the SILVER DEALER for that calendar month. However, the SILVER
DEALER may earn multiples of this amount depending upon how many Dealers he or she helpsreach and maintain SILVER DEALER status. SEE THE SILVER MENTORING PROGRAMBELOW.
A SILVER DEALER who qualifies during a given calendar month will receive theappropriate matching bonus for that same calendar month during which he or shequalified as SILVER.
GOLD DEALER
1. ACTIVE & QUALIFIED DEALER achieves GOLD status by accomplishing thefollowing:
Accumulate 120 PBV or higher of personal purchases within 30 days of yourenrollment;
Personally sponsor nine (9)BRONZE Dealers; Having 6,000 PGV (Personal Group Volume) in a calendar month with a
minimum of 2,000 PGV coming from each side of your personal group.
2. GOLD DEALER receives the following:
a) Recognition for achieving GOLD status;b) May receive up to $10,000.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards;c) A 10% matching bonus on the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by all
personally sponsored Dealers and a 10% matching bonus on all 2nd levelDealers. The collective payout of this 10% match shall not exceed that of theTeam Building Cash Rewards earned by the GOLD DEALER for that calendarmonth. However, the GOLD DEALER may earn multiples of this amountdepending upon how many Dealers he or she helps reach and maintain SILVERDEALER status. SEE THE SILVER MENTORING PROGRAM BELOW.
d) A share of the Worldwide GoldBonus Pool. The Gold Bonus Pool is pro-ratedamong other Gold Dealers and paid quarterly.

2. PLATINUM DEALER receives the following:
a) Recognition for achieving PLATINUM status;b) May receive up to $15,000.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards;c) A 10% matching bonus on the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by all
personally sponsored Dealers and a 10% matching bonus on all 2nd levelDealers and a 10% matching bonus on all 3rd level Dealers. The collectivepayout of this 10% match shall not exceed that of the Team Building CashRewards earned by the PLATINUM DEALER for that calendar month. However,the PLATINUM DEALER may earn multiples of this amount depending upon howmany Dealers he or she helps reach and maintain SILVER DEALERstatus. SEE THE SILVER MENTORING PROGRAM BELOW;
d) A share of the Worldwide Platinum Bonus Pool and a share of the WorldwideGold
Bonus Pool. The Platinum Bonus Pool is pro-rated among other PlatinumDealers. The Gold Bonus Pool is pro-rated among other Gold Dealers. BonusPool is paid quarterly.
A PLATINUM DEALER who qualifies during a given calendar month will receive theappropriate matching bonus for that same calendar month during which he or shequalified as PLATINUM.
SILVER MENTOR BONUS PROGRAM
Please note that a SILVER, GOLD or PLATINUM DEALER receives the respective 10%match on all Dealers that are in their respective 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels of personal
sponsorship. To increase the amount of potential matching bonuses, a SILVER, GOLDor PLATINUM DEALER may continue to personally sponsor new Dealers and helpthose new Dealers reach SILVER Status. The following chart outlines the potentialmatching bonuses as it relates to a % of your own personal Team Building CashRewards earned for that month.

Personally sponsor fifteen (15)BRONZE Dealers; Having 30,000 PGV (Personal Group Volume) in a calendar month with a
minimum of 10,000 PGV coming from each side of your personal group.
2. DIAMOND DIRECTOR receives the following:
a) Recognition for achieving DIAMOND DIRECTOR status;b) May receive up to $25,000 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards;c) A 10% matching bonus on the Team Building Cash Rewards earned by all
personally sponsored Dealers and a 10% matching bonus on all 2nd levelDealers and a 10% matching bonus on all 3rd level Dealers. Personally sponsor twenty (20)BRONZE Dealers; Having 75,000 PGV (Personal Group Volume) in a calendar month with a
minimum of 25,000 PGV coming from each side of your personal group.
2. EXECUTIVE DIAMOND DIRECTOR receives the following:
a) Recognition for achieving EXECUTIVE DIAMOND DIRECTOR status;b) May receive up to $50,000.00 per week in Team Building Cash Rewards;
