3 WEEK GRADE CHECK

• Austin A. – After three weeks of school, student failing

Spanish, Biology, and English. Student taken out of Spanish

and placed in learning center with direct assistance and

monitoring from paraprofessional. At six weeks, student

brought biology up to a 72% and English to a 74%.

• Nicole D. - After three weeks of school, student failing English,

World History, and Computer Applications. Student taken out

of Computer class and placed in learning center, where she

received help with English and World History. World History

went from a 58% to a 70% and English went from 53% to 75%.

Algebra first time test takings reached 87% passing. This is an

increase of 5% over the past two years. Combined with the 8th

grade first time test takes in will put the corporation ECA pass

percentage over 90%
