Outlook is registered in UMS server as ums client.Outlook receive voicemail, email and fax through the registered email accountAlso, the resisted email account must be registered in POP3

Getting a new voicemail from phone, outlook has a new email with a yellow speaker icon.

Opening the email, the form has a voice media control.

If there is FaxSend license in UMS license, Outlook Add-In toolbar has a button of sending fax.To use functionality of sending fax, you should install a fax driver from user web clientA fax driver is automatically downloaded from left screen if you have FaxSend license.

A synchronization is started after registering Outlook Add-In.

Using TTSUsing TTS

After installing TTS, you can set tts language.

You can just select languages in IP-UMS license even though you install many languages.

Using TTSUsing TTS

If you start UMS in setup screen, you can make suretts_srv daemon is alive through “ps –aef|grep tts_srv”.

The number of Tts_srv daemon is two or three more than the number of tts port in IP-UMS license.

Using TTSUsing TTS

OperationListening TTS voice which is transformed email from phone .

Listening TTS voice which is transformed announcement or text schedule from web client.

If a text is a long sentence, Text to speech conversion takes time so that you could listen waiting music for a while.
