• 43 Km. 1094 Cr. 60MT out of total 140 MT.

• Deposit work of CCL CAO/CON/ECR

Assistance Required

• Complete possession of required 375 ha of land is made available by Jh by 30.10.13. At present, 99 ha of Govt. and Raiyati (Pvt.) land are not available at 131 locations/stretches in the entire span of 44 km.

• Tree Felling and Clearance by 30.10.13.• Adequate security for men and machines deployed. • Deputation of LA & Forest officials to resolve issues.• Beef up Security at vulnerable loctions. • Ensuring inter-district coord. (Chatra, Latehar,

Hazaribagh)

2 Shivpur-Kathautia (Part of Tori-Kathautia Revised Alignment)

Milestone :

• Early identification of forest : to enable Rlys to file Stage-I.

• Land Acquisition.• Handing Over Possession.• Final Forestry Clearance.

• Shivpur-Hazaribag was not agreed by MoEF hence changed to Shivpur-Kathautia

3. Jharsuguda-Barpalli-Sardega

• 52.41 Km. IB Valley Odisha 555 Cr. MCL CAO/CON/SER .

• Takes off from Jharsuguda-FCI-Shunting neck & terminates at buffer end at Sardega. Includes Dhutra connection.

•Passes through Jharsuguda & Sundergarh districts, 24 vill., 2 Tehsils- Jharsuguda & Hemgir & 2 Forest Div. -Sambalpur & Sundergarh.

•To evacuate and transport 60 MT of coal from Gopalpur-Manoharpur Blocks in IB valley of MCL.

•Jharsuguda-Barpalli-Sardega …•Includes : Con. of Main Sdg. b/n FCI Shtg. Neck &

Sardega. : Loading Bulb at Barpali. : Rail Flyover at Jharsuguda.

•Target : Dec.’14.

• 29.8.2013 : After hectic persuasion by the Railways, Stage- I forest clearance has been forwarded by the State Govt. to MoEF and the clearance is likely to be obtained shortly.

• 27.2.2012 : MOU with CH.• 3 corridors : East. North. East-West Corridor. • Bhupdeopur- Korichhapar/Baroud [Mand- Raigarh]- Part

East Corridor.• Execution : SPV route with CH. CIL. IRCON. Bhupdeopur-

korichappar-Korba & Gevra road –Pendra road projects  .

• NL b/n Bhupdeopur-Korichapar will be extended to Korba via Dharmjaigarh - 63 km project costing 344 Cr. • Gevra Road to Pendra Road (East-West Corridor), 122 km .“In

Principle” approval from Plg Comm. • March 13: 2 JVs formed. Land acquisiton is in process. • TDC : 2yrs for Ph I & 3 Yrs. For complete.

Milestone :Shivpur-Chatti-Bariatu : DPR submitted to

NTPC.

Banadag project : Likely to be opened for Goods Traffic.

4. Koderma-Hazaribagh-Barkakhana-Ranchi -NL

Milestone :• TDC for Koderma-Hazaribagh : Oct.’13

Hazaribagh-Barkakhana (57 km) : Sept.’14 Barkakhana-Ranchi (65 km): Dec.’15

Facts : • 189 km. 2957.21 Cr. JH share - 66% CAO/CON/ECR. • Important for evacuation of coal from Hazaribagh-Banadag siding.

5. Koderma – Tilaiya New Line

Milestone :• Stage-II forest clearance from BH –Pending. • fly over at Manpur - To avoiding reversal. NTPC to give consent.• Land acquisition Issues. 70% civil work in non forest area is complete.

• TDC : 2014-15 – Stage-I -non forest land (40km) : 2018-19 – Stage-II in forest land (25km)

Fact : • 64 Km. Line [34 km under forest area of Bh & Jh] 418 Cr.

CAO/CON/ECR• Critical for : BARH Thermal Power Plant of NTPC [Operational -Feb’ 14].

• Involves construction of 5 long tunnels 6 via ducts bridges.

6. Angul- Talcher Bulb Line

• Doubling of feeder lines• Auto signalling

Facts : • 85 Km. 5200 Cr RITES Odisha (IDCO). • Corridor involves laying of Railway lines & roads.

Milestone :• Feasibility report submitted. State Govt. has requested to implement

through PPP route.

•CMPDIL has suggested change in alignment that needs to be firmed up.

• PPP Policy in place.10/12/12.•5 Models: Non Govt Pvt. Line JV BOT Cap Augmentation : Fundng by customers : Annuity Alternative: Feeder route Doubling and auto Signalling.

8. Bhadrachalam-Sattupalli NL

Milestone :• Rs.6 cr. provided by SCCL to SCR for conducting

FLS etc. by SCCL.• Sept. 2013- Working Plan of Construction to be

submitted.• Nov 13. – Terminal Arrangement for Sattupalli to be

finalised by SCCL.

Facts : • 56.25 Km 337.50 Cr SCCL CAO/CON/SCR.
