2012 Rates of on-campus accommodation

Conditions - Accommodation• Booking is needed for accommodation. Fees will be charged

from the booked date of arrival, even if you are late.• The person who checks into a twin room will pay for the

whole room till the roommate arrives. • The person who stays in in a twin room after the roommate

checks out will pay 75% of the room rate within a week, and will pay 100% of the room rate from the second week onwards.

• Three days notice must be given to the College office for cancellation of room booking (Wu Laoshi 83598326 或 189 5179 6623), or 200 yuan/person will be charged.

Travel Insurance• All domestic students are covered for all travel they

do. There are some restrictions, but Sarah will explain this in her email.

• All students from China are covered for the duration of the program, plus two days either side of the program for their travel to and from Nanjing. They are not covered for their international travel between Australia and China though.

• You need to provide your itinerary to Sarah for insurance purposes.

Getting there

You arrange your own travel.Option:- Flying to Shanghai, then catch a High

Speed Train to Nanjing- Flying to Hong Kong, and connecting to a

Nanjing flight - Flying to Beijing, then travel to Nanjing by

High Speed Train or airplane
