How to use

1. Navigate to the screen via menu path

2. Click Search

3. Click onto Class to Loan Textbook

4. Enter details

5. Click Save

**Note: Sum of Balance Qty, Return Qty and Quantity Lost must be equal to Issue Qty

Record Return of Textbook

0 – No textbook was returned1 – 1 textbook was returned

Change value to 00 – No textbook with Student

Record Return of Damaged Textbooks

1 – 1 textbook was returned

0 – No damaged textbook1 – 1 damaged textbook

Record Lost Textbooks

0 – No textbook lost1 – 1 textbook was lost

1 – 1 textbook was returned0 – No textbook was returned
