•6 CNC Mills•4 CNC Lathes•Wire EDM

• Our experienced machinists can create a variety of parts from very small in size and large parts that can be accommodated in our VF-6 HAAS Mill and our ST40 Turning Center

Capabilities Overview

OMAX JetMachining Centers

• Large scale precision machining: For larger parts or multiple parts from large stock up to 5' x 10' (1.5m x 3m). Our JetMachining Centers cut complex flat parts out of most materials including metal, plastic, glass, ceramics, stone and composites directly from a CAD drawing or DXF file.

• Extremely hard, reflective and nonconductive materials can also be cut, making it a valuable addition to existing shop capabilities. No tool changes or complex fixturing dramatically reduces setup times and the smooth finish often eliminates the need for secondary machining.

Capabilities Overview

Coating◦ Alodine (gold and clear)

◦ Wet Paint CARC

Polyurethane

◦ Powder Coat high gloss or matte finish

800 linear feet of rail in automated powder coat line

Capabilities Overview
