south Fort Collins near the intersection of Harmony Road and Boardwalk. Two different offices are available with windows to the
outside. Rent ranges from $400 to $650 depending on size of suite. Flexible terms are available and rent in-
cludes all utilities and internet.

On November 12, 8AM-noon there will be a free Community Mental Health Forum at 531 S. College (First Presbyterian Church is providing the space.) The theme is Stamp Out StigmaStamp Out StigmaStamp Out StigmaStamp Out Stigma, with the purpose
being to educate the public on various mental health conditions and issues in a safe, professional environment. Presentations will be made by mental
health professionals in the community and will be followed up with the opportunity to ask questions in a group setting and on an individual basis. Refreshments will be provided.
We will make resources available for the community as well so organiza-tions and providers are encouraged to
contact one of the individuals below to attend and/or provide mental health assistance information. We also encourage your

include a short term residential unit available to the community. If you or anybody you know feels they are in
crisis, please do not hesitate to call or walk in. Walk-in and mobile services are free of charge.

Beyond Consequences is a unique, relation-ship-based approach to parenting traumatized children and those with attachment challeng-
es. This approach provides a trauma-informed explanation of “acting out” behaviors. Care-givers will learn how children escalate through
behaviors, as well as how to respond to help their children during these times. When chil-dren and caregivers expand their ability to emotionally tolerate stressful situations, be-
havior naturally improves. The class is appro-priate for biological parents, adoptive parents, foster parents, and kinship-care providers.

• Emotional regulation and dysregulation
• Window of stress tolerance
• Trauma and memory
• Acting out behaviors, i.e. lying, stealing,
