For those of you with a passion for sail-

ing, a love of luxury, and a lot of money,

the thought of owning a yacht has probably

20 staterooms (including a massive owner’s

suite and four large VIP rooms on the main

deck), and can accommodate 26 guests and

21 crew members. In addition to the luxuri-

ous sleeping quarters, the Evergreen also

provides perfect facilities to host business

functions, such as an executive conference

room, an enormous formal dining area with

panoramic views, and best of all, a karaoke

salon and dance floor for all those late night

sing-alongs, which are ever so popular in

Japan. In case you would rather not listen

to your tone-deaf boss belt out a Barbara

Streisand classic after dinner, you can opt to

watch a film in Evergreen’s onboard movie

theater. Now you can watch your favorite

Jean-Claude Van Damme movies without

anyone spotting you at the cinema. A swim-

ming pool and sunbathing deck allow for

some relaxation, and the deck lounge is a

great place to read a book or discuss the lat-

est political upheavals with your colleagues

over a cup of coffee.

This all-inclusive yacht has anything one

could want. With so much on board the

Evergreen, what reason is there to leave?

Perhaps to get your hair cut, or visit the doc-

tor? Well, with a fully operational hospital

and a hairstyling salon, there is no reason

to depart from the confines of this floating

city. If you do happen to leave the ship, don’t

bother steering towards land. The onboard

heliport makes a trip to Blockbuster quick

and easy, and allows you to continue on your

current course without a detour. So, before

you decide to make a down payment on a $70

million beachfront compound, or invest in

that collection of rare Ferraris you have been

eyeing, imagine yourself as the proud skipper
