ADULTS
Beginner/IntermediateEncausticswith Laura Vernon RussellThis encaustics class will teach the use ofbeeswax, resin and pigments to apply meltedbeeswax to boards in a safe environment. You will learn how to make encausticmedium and paint, learn to fuse layers,create texture, and use collage and imagetransfer techniques. Students will beencouraged to create a narrative or “tella story” using these exciting new skills.
